Finally could make it work. The complete step-by-step sample (with snapshots, VFP code, utilities call, registry settings, sevice activation etc) can be found in http://www.black-beans.com.br/downloads/vfpservice.zip (930 kb zip file).

Now I'll start to assemble a real world app. As soon as I have it, will update the zip file.
