In all seriousness, that is one of the better job announcements I've read, in terms of general information.

But the no eating at a desk and frowning on personal calls sounds more like the 1950's. Many aren't "8-5ers" - I know many developers who work beyond those hours, so a little flexibility is helpful. I often each lunch while I'm working. My wife/family and I have a rule that we only call each other during "normal working hours" if it's important personal business (bank called, car problem, household appliance XYZ broke, etc.). But when I do have to use the phone, it's important. So I guess I'm in the "use good judgement" category.
