The menus in VFP support "access keys" and "keyboard shortcuts". If someone could explain the difference between these 2 I'd appreciate it.

More importantly, the underscore that identifys the access key does not appear until I press the ALT key. Whereas in MSEXCEL and other programs the underscore is visible all the time. Is this the way it's supposed to be? or is there a way to set VFP so the underscore appears all the time even when the ALT key is not pressed.
