I'm confused on how SOAP handles proxy servers. I'm getting connection errors at SOAPCLIENT_INIT because it can't locate the web service but the ConnectorProperty options (used to setup the ProxyServer, ProxyUser, EnableAutoProxy, etc) aren't available until after SOAPCLIENT_INIT. How can I tell SOAP how to access the internet before calling SOAPCLIENT_INIT?
