Personally, there are so many pro and so many con theories out there. Every idea can be debunked by another source. I don't think we will know for certain for at least 10-20 years and maybe never. I spoke with some guys who investigated this on the Iraq side - they interviewed fellas that worked at the train depots over at the border crossing and all of them acknowledged that wmds were passing into Syria from Iraq. They were instructed to look the other way. At that time if anyone told you to look the other way you did - no questions asked. It does seem impossible that all of the wmds could have been transported though. I know they had chemical weapons and were interested in nuclear weapons. I'm not sure how far they got though. Still, workers at railroad depots were considered to be unreliable. Only upper echelon folks are considered reliable sources on wmds - surprising.

>I think they really debunk the myth that Bush "knew there weren't WMDs and atacked anyway". It's really absurd to believe that Bush could possibly know for a fact that they didn't exist. It would mean that Bush had indisputable intelligence about every inch of land in Iraq as well as every move they made before the war.
