It is interesting to note that over here (Bolivia) we don't have this sort of problems. At least, I never heard of any discussion about abolishing / allowing prayer in school, for example.

However, the Constitution is quite different. The Catholic Church is the sate religion, although there is religious freedom. (Whatever that combination means...)
