Now, I moved out of Montreal 2 decades ago but if the message you mean is this one -

As near as I can figure out (noise of rusty gears here) he is saying -
"I am programming the Drag and Drop event of a form where I want to displace the object being dragged. The problem is that the object is replaced with its left corner exactly where the mouse pointer is ... I would like the object to go where its outline is."
