If the app is a MDI style system, which I would think it is, since you will have multiple forms open, you just have to set the menu option you want to show the list of open windows.

I only have 2005 loaded on this computer. In 2005 you set the "MDIWindowListItem" property on the menu strip. In 2003, I don't remember the property name, but it will be a property of the particular menu option you want to be the MDI List item.
