Title:
How to implement OLE server as .DLL
I apologize for repeating my question, but I sincerely hope someone out there knows how to successfully create and register a OLE server. I simply have one class in a VCX. I make sure the class is OLEPUBLIC. I compile the DLL. When I register the DLL with RegSvr32, it reports success. I run the program that instantiates the OLEPUBLIC class. It crashes. The class has no init code. Furthermore, when I compile the OLE server as an EXE and self-register it, the class instantiates just fine. But a call to any method that has a PARAMETERS statement causes the program to wait indefinitely until I use task manager to end the OLE server program completely. This can't just be a problem I alone have experienced. Help?
