I've run into a perplexing installation issue. A new user, many hundreds of miles away, has a problem installing my vertical market app.

Upon running the application, the app errors with a C000....0006 (not sure exactly how many zeros), not the classic C000...0005.

The user gives me the following information about the E-machine hardware:
Video display driver: MicroSoftWorks XP Publisher 4
version 5.1.2001.1 dated 6-6-2001

The installation of the VFP6 SP3 runtimes is just fine. It's the actual running of the .exe that works OK up to the first user input, then crashes and the error is triggered (not my error handler, but Windows). This application runs fine on dozens of other computers and all versions of Windows from 95 on up.

Any hints about where I should look?
