If there was an exit strategy there wouldn't be nearly as loud complaining from ex-soldiers, politicians and others as there is.

Try to use some common sense.

We RARELY share our strategies with the public and I don't think the US Military would either. Just because there wasn't a published "EXIT STRATEGY", that doesn't preclude the existance of one. Does it?
