Going through health issues is something that can change your life in so many ways. You tend to be even closer to your family, watch what you eat, exercise, and a bit of rest time, while finding ways to reduce stress.
It also creates an awareness of ones life and what you want to accomplish.
A friend of mine named Chris Carnes was a very talented flamenco guitarist. We were born the same year and developed a passion for flamenco. Chris had a serious problem with his heart.
