May be I'm using a wrong term without even understanding it. I thought, that bi-weekly means, what you receive your pay check every second week. Here we do. In Boston I was having my pay check every week.
So, you would receive $2000 for the two weeks period, that makes 4000 for 4 weeks (or ~$4000 per month, if we will consider month = 4 weeks)
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
