I agree, it doesn't sound polite. When I have a question from UTrs by my personal e-mail I can either answer or not depending on my mood and work load. With Alexander I exchanged couple of e-mails in the past, so I consider him as a friend and can send him a note myself. That's what I'll do, give me a minute.
