That is really bizarre. Apparently the seasons don't even match. In the American release Danny got it at the end of the third season. The current season hasn't even hit these shores yet as far as I know.

Danny was not married. It is Tom's replacement, Adam, who is married to the MI-6 lady, Fiona.
