For my $.02US, I don't think OOP Menus or OOP Reports would add a great deal to development. However I would like each tool to be made both easier to use and more robust. Setting up a menu to anything much more elaborate than calling a form can get pretty difficult, particularly if your menu changes as forms are called and data is available. As for the Report Writer, it needs support for dynamic graphics, multi-detail lines, etc. etc. etc.
