I would have to vote no on the OOP implementation of menus and reports. I think that would take too much effort on their part and the fox team could spend their time allot more wisely. I think we can make the menu do what we need and products like Crystal 6.0 relay kicks a**!

I do agree with John Petersen on the fact that VFP is positioned to take the middle tier role in VS. With two MAJOR problems. One is the fact that lacks concurrency in MTS (which John, Josh and I were discussing in another thread). And MS seems to refuse to promote VFP to the public. At Tech Ed there was ONE session with the word FoxPro in it! I know some people don't see this as a big deal, but let me tell you allot of high level managers go to this and if it is not there it either does not exist or is crap, so forget about using it in there very expensive development effort.

Sorry to digress, but no, OOP menus and reports are not high on my list. Keeping FoxPro technically adapt and having a good public image is.
