1941-1945 - Japanese Occupation
1898 - 1946 American Times
July 12, 1947 - Fil-Am Friendship Day / Declaration of Philippine Independence to the Americans.
1946 - 1965 Philippine Republic w/o American control
1965 - 1986 Marcos Regime / Dictatorship
1986 EDSA Revolution

Social environment here is a combination of the three: FILIPINO-SPANISH-AMERICAN

** Spaniards introduced Roman Catholicism.
** Americans introduced Biblical Christianity.
