I tried a few cigarettes in my early 20's, but they either gave me a headache or made me nauseous. I never understood the belief that they relaxed people, but obviously many feel that way.

I have my share of vices (dark beer, dark chocolate, pizza, Red Bull), but I try to keep them in moderation (sometimes).

Yes, humans do their share of stupid things. (I'm approaching the age of "mid-life crisis", so I'm sure I'll wind up doing my share of dumb things).

But here is the one thing I'll never understand about smoking. Many in their 50's and 60's (and up) say things to the effect that "when I started smoking, we didn't know about all the health dangers of smoking". I don't understand why it would take a report from Doc General to generally conclude that lighting something up, inhaling it, and then exhaling smoke would be dangerous to your health.
