True. That is seemingly a contradiction, isn't it. I guess it boils down to self preservation. There were enough countries concerned that Iraq was up to it's old tricks that they took things into their own hands. That may happen at some point here. However, as it stands today, I don't see the UN trying to push us around, and I hope we never allow ourselves to be weakened militarily to the point they might even remotely consider it.
