On the one hand, the apparently false claims, that WP is used on civilian targets.
On the other hand, do I understand correctly that WP was, indeed, used as an incendiary weapon against military targets? Whether the U.S. signed an agreement to this extent or not, it seems a cruel and inappropriate thing to do.
