Well, its no big deal, check Alex Grigorjev ´s controls:
Common Controls Library (version 5.1)
http://www.levelextreme.com/wconnect/wc.dll?LevelExtreme~2,54,33,9345

I am doing more or less the same (I think). I just wanted to have more features/bells and whistles here and there, so I made my own progressbar class.

For example, I added a progresbarLabel class, that can display the progressbar value, percentage done, or B/KB/MB/GB, and any text you want. For example:

"<> products added out of <> new products" or

"<> downloaded of <>"

I am planning to add it to the donwloads section as soon as its finished, meaning I have to finish the help file, and builder.

I also want to add support to show the progressbar in the statusbar, or even in the FoxPro screen, haven´t done that part yet. Need a way to figure out the FoxPro statusbar hwnd.

The progressbar itself is working, but no point in releasing something that is half baked, no help file or builder makes it kind of "incomplete" for me.

The help file will be first in spanish, then I will translate it to english, just because I felt like doing it that way. :-)

I mean, even my own code is commented in english, and I speak spanish! I just wanted to do something that will be available first to spanish speaking developers, for a change, since so much is available in english.

The source code will be there for everyone to see, so to answer your question "how come?" if you are interested I can send you a copy of the class and you can try it out and check for yourself how I did it.
