The last conversation with the user resulted in the HP all-in-one printer drivers being a new 'issue' on the system. This was the first install in over 200 that resulted in a show-stopping C0000006 error. I'll probably bypass the SP5 upgrade since I'm rewriting the app in VFP9, and the release is due out only after SP1 is released. Thanks for the suggestion.
