Beth I can see this is a runner. I know as a US citizen you don't count Canada as the rest of the world and think it a part of the US but I know they will be happy to get a vote as part of what I consider to be the non US world. I see the "rest of the world" as being a potential primary in the elections and very much a swing state. I'm very much looking forward to having my vote in our next presidential elections. It feels very good to be part of this.
