Personally, I wouldn't use GoToMyPC. Using VNC or pcAnyWhere, you log directly into your machine, there isn't some 3rd part server sitting around somewhere with your username/ip/password sitting on it. What if GoToMyPc has a rouge employee or a hacker someday? Plus VNC is free. I prefer pcAnyWhere because it has more features (file transfer ability, etc) and I like the mouse-movements better too...but hey - for free VNC works fine.
