I'm smoking that for last six years. Before that, I was rolling my own whenever I could avoid buying regular cigarettes, which was about 90% of the time. I may be a better test case.
I'm stable. I don't increase amount of smoking, can endure a dozen hours without one (i.e. flying across is no trouble) and I don't even cough. And I'm taking care to live healthily otherwise.
Besides, I'm 50 already.
