I'm using the Foxpro Foundation Control _mover (FFC\movers.vcx) in a form and
can't for the life of me make the container have a raised effect.

I have the BackStyle property = 1 - Opaque, and the
SpecialEffect property = 0 - Raised.

What am I missing?
