Whenever you deliver an EXE that uses ActiveX controls, you have to deliver and register those controls (OCX) in the client computer. Generally an install utility (like Install Shield) will do that for you if you mark the file as included.

In your case you seem to be using DBI's ctMonth control:
c:\dbitech\studio controls\com controls\ctmonth.ocx

To find what file has a control (and where) you can use the Object Browser in VFP.
