I have experimented with the /S switch and other combinations. Strange, I started getting a permission error after awhile. This problem lead me to another web article that discussed the need to have the Network File and Printer Shared installed. Which of course is part of the window setup. But my Netowrk Admin is not avaiable to loan me the need XP Setup CD. I will have to look into it tomarrow.
I will post my finds as they come available.
Thanks again.
>We use a similar command to add tasks w/o any problem. The only difference that we always specify /s parameter - computer name.
>BTW, what login are you running it under, the same us in the command?

>>I do not get any erros. Just when the tasks fires, its status reports "Could Not Run". And, if I check on the properties, and refill in the password, the tasks works as expected. This is why I suppect that the password from the command line is either not being applied, or is wrongfully applied.
