I would like to find out more about what things inspire people to be creative and productive. A person’s environment can greatly affect the way they work and live. I want to learn what the ideal physical and psychological environments would be for people to get great work done. It could be anything from having pool tables and lava lamps in the office to having free lunches from the company to feeling worthy and respected by your peers and managers.
