I think we would be surprised about that in most cities especially in the south. I must admit though, I love the D.C. metro. I would absolutely hate to drive in that city. The one in Boston was great for me as well.
Yeah, mass transit seems to work well in the northeaster cities. NYC couldn't function without it. But, one size doesn't fit all, does it?
