Stephen, I was having the same problem, there is a section in the Dev Guide that covers how to recompile, Recompiling MM .NET Assemblies, that should help. I seemed to find I needed to remove from 'References' Mere Mortals Framework Windows Form 2005 from all projects in the solution and re add the recompiled version.
