Hi Terry.

Try booting into safe mode and running the av and anti trojan program. If that doesnt work try booting from a boot cd and running the av from that (symantec av should do this). If that doesnt work try using another anti trojan like Trojan Hunter or TDS3. If that doesnt work you can put that hdd into another machine as a secondary drive and run the av/at against it.

My biggest fear with these things is that even if an av/at says its gone you never really know for sure. Personally I would start from scratch if thats an option for that machine.
