I am working on building a website using the new 2.0 framework. When I run the site through VS 2k5 the layout of the controls is the way I want it. Note that the URL is http://localhost:[some port #]/shoppingcart2005/...

When I run the application through IE, http://localhost/shoppingcart2005/... the controls are smaller and the page just doesn't look right. With the difference in the URL being the port number, what am I doing wrong or what do I need to setup differently?
