This is caused by Outlook Security. It was introduced in Outlook 2000 (SR2) and is installed by default in Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003. It's purpose is to protect the pc from viruses that spread via attachments to email messages and to protect the workstation from worms that replicate through Outlook. It is a security enhancement and not controlled by VFP. Its purpose is to prevent outside apps from controlling Outlook without the user's knowledge (exactly what you are trying to do from within vfp). Alex already gave you possible workarounds. Have you looked at redemption or express clickyes?
