where should I check to know if it's in the registry entry?

In the InstallShield, I've included the file ctmonth.ocx, and I saw it's copied to the target pc.

how can I make sure that it's registered, should I check the Self Register in the file property (in InstallShield)? but then it will confict with another tools which I'm using (VisualReport)
