I've try it and it is not working.

When I click on the column header the row property gives me the row number of the first non fixed row.

Also, I have set the property SelectionMode to flexSelectionByRow which mean that when i click on a cell, the entire line is highlighted and the col property alway gives me the number 0 which is the first column.
