It's Emo Philips. A couple of years ago, Comedy Central (a TV network) made a list of the 100 greatest stand-up comedians of all time. I wasn't on the list. However, Steven Wright was #23. I think that Benny Hill was #61. I haven't heard of Harry Hill, but it sounds like he is good.
