I'm sure I've done this before - a few years ago, but today it does not work.

I've added a new page to a PageFrame - Page12, but I've set it's PageOrder to 11. A number of things do not work correctly, and I've discovered when I press the #11 tab, it executes the Refresh code for Page11, not Page12.
