I have a problem getting Error 114: Index does not match the table...

The issue is that when I run the .exe from VFP, I do NOT get the error. But when I run the .exe as a "standalone" on my machine(or any other) I do get the error...

Does anyone have any ideas how this could happen? I would post code but I don't think its relavent here...
