Anyone find one that is good and doesn't have too high a transaction fee. This is really only for a periodic payment and not a bill pay type solution.

Hi Terry
Yes I am aware of PayPal and I will be looking into them but have not had any experience with them. I ocassionally transfer money to my brokerage account and all I do is get on their website, tell them my routing numbers,the name of my bank pop up and the transfer takes place. There is no bill just a transfer of money electronically. Someone is making that happen and I was wondering if there is a third party that is supplying that type of functionality.
