As I said, there shouldn't be any relationship between such a report and the nomination process. While those reports can be viewed as tools to decide for some, there is no direct link with its ranking and the personality of the year. We have been doing it for four years now and it has always been like that. The personality of the year is a recognition that an individual might see about a member who provided a good contribution to the community, here on the Universal Thread, during the year. It can be a member who provided a lot of solutions, one who provided a constant presence to network and provide information on various topics, one who did a lot of contributions to the Universal Thread Magazine, one who provided ideas on how to improve the context, etc.
Despite the fact that I used singular terminology in this reply, this year, we will announce three members on the three related forums and their technology.
