I'm not sure I understood you exactly.
I have reason to question the legitimacy of that web address and its contents. That book didn't come out of nowhere to that address. Authors have spent considerable time to provide it and if time is money they have spent a lot of money to make such a resource available to community. Selling it, is asking for financially supporting such resources. Those authors AFAIK wouldn't bother much if they didn't earn a single penny but would they then want to write another? Yes, they might as a gift to community but it should be up to their own decisions. OTOH they already do anything they can for the community, for free, on support forums.
It's a good resource, I agree. What I don't agree is using it without permission and urge others to use. It wouldn't be a matter if only book owners use that site.
