I had a similar need about a month ago and it took a while to poke around and find what I needed. Some of the naming conventions in Dynamics are ... interesting.

A good place to start is by signing into Great Plains as the system admin and going to the Tools Menu, Resource Descriptions, Tables.

In addition, there I have a Developer Resource Help file if you're interested. It goes into a little more detail about what tables are affected and when. Let me know if you'd like that and I'll email it to to you.
