Most likely you've a second copy of VFP9R.DLL or VFP9RENU.DLL somewhere on the WIndows search path. VFP9 installer puts them in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP". See if you have older version elsewhere else and remove it.
