It seems that the error is occuring when trying to access the referenced database in the app.config file. I am trying to do the jump start for C# using the Northwind database. I can access and query the tables in the Northwind container using the Server Explorer, so I believe that my connection string is correct in app.config, but here it is nonetheless:
