Can I ask you to elaborate on the problems with letter size papers on an Epson DMP, are you sure that you have tried all the options, it sounds just too stupid. There must be thousands of people with the same setup. What emulation do you use? Which printer driver do you use? I learnt early to skip Epson GL, because I found IBM Proprinter GL to much better.
