Tore,
Don't be angry or disapointed by the posts like this. They always will be here. No metter what is the name of poster :o)
I have no fear about VFP fauture, not saying that nobody can learn something else, becuase I am a curious man start to learn .NET but that not means I will stop using VFP. It is most likely I start learning suahily (not sure about spelling) just want to know. But to ruin your nerver with posts like this? It is not worth, like some wise guy said (I can't remember who):
"To be angry, means to punish yourself for stupidity of others" (I hope I translate this right)

>>>Well, I also remember JVP's "statements", I'm sad to see that you start to look a little like him. I don't say this to hurt you, but I thought you might want to know.

>>Well, I've fought many battles with JVP, but I do not see any clue on how you could relate Jess statements to the ones JVP made. To bo honest I don't see any VFP bashing in here either. I do see Jess drawing a relation between stability and bugs, and there I strongly disagree with Jess and I 100% agree with your standpoint. However I do not understand your anger. What is up?

>Anger? No, not really. Frustration? Yes, more in that direction. I must confess that I react strongly to unfairness, and I have problems tolerating a bastant conclusion based upon wrong or inadequate facts. However, this is not a fight or a quarrel, so hopefully this is my last prosting in this thread.

>>VFP9 is a great product, but it really needed a SP. I could not comment on the VFP9 report writer as I mainly use Crystal Reports, and only attended a session with Lisa and Walter and played a little in it. For dot matrix solutions I always wrote directly to the printer, bypassing the printer driver as I know from experience that this is a PITA.

>>Jess is one of the few sources I trust when it comes to comparing VFP to .NET. I think he deserves a little more credit.

>>Thanks,
