If you do a Google search with ("internal consistency error" foxpro) you can have more references, but I didn't find any absolute solutions.

We had this problem a few years ago, and for us it was the Foxuser.dbf. If I remember, some toolbar stuff might be in Foxuser, so if you delete it, keep a copy.
