Sports? Once someone jumped in into a bunch of programmers - some five or six people banging over their 286es, and asked "hey, what's the result"?

Only one answered "wait a while, this is a long table... I'll know in a minute or two"
"No, the yesterday's result!"
"Who remembers... I've calculated dozens of things in the meantime"
"Not that! I mean basketball"
"What basketball?"
...and so on. It summed up to only one having watched the yesterday's important international match, and switched channels at halftime :)
